Imagine you’re in an Italian café, and you need to order something. Let’s start with a simple dialogue. Repeat after me to practice pronunciation!

Scenario: Order at the bar

Barista: Buongiorno! Cosa desidera?
Bartender: Good morning! What would you like?
Tu: Buongiorno, vorrei un cappuccino, per favore.
You: Good morning, I’d like a cappuccino, please.
Barista: Certo! Vuole anche qualcosa da mangiare?
Bartender: Sure! Would you also like something to eat?
